GamePay Hub ("we", "us") is a digital marketplace that sells subscription top-ups, game top-ups, and other digital products, delivered directly to the account or contact details you provide at checkout. All products are digital — nothing physical is shipped.
Submitting a fake, edited, or reused payment screenshot is treated as attempted fraud. We reserve the right to reject such orders, and to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly attempt this.
If you create a GamePay Hub account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account. Let us know right away (via Telegram or the in-site chat) if you think someone else has accessed it.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy — in short, refundable before delivery or if the wrong item was sent, not refundable once a working product has been delivered.
We work to deliver every order correctly and promptly, but we can't guarantee a third-party service (the subscription/game provider itself) will be free of outages or policy changes outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms as the store grows. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version — continuing to use GamePay Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
