We only collect what's needed to process your order and support your account:

We don't collect payment card numbers or bank login details — payment happens entirely inside your own KBZPay/WavePay/etc. app; we only ever see the screenshot you choose to upload as proof.
Two service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the store — neither has permission to use your data for anything else:

Order and chat history is kept indefinitely so you can always see your own order history and so we can resolve any dispute about a past order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Contact below) — this removes your login, but past order records are kept for our own bookkeeping, with personal details minimized where possible.
Your account data sits behind Supabase's access controls (row-level security), so only you and store admins can see your own orders and messages — not other customers. As with any online service, no method of storage is guaranteed 100% secure, but we don't store anything beyond what's listed above.
